Dental Membership Plan

Our Urbandale clinic works hard to make dentistry affordable for our uninsured patients, which is why we offer an in-house dental membership plan. Our Prophylaxsis Plan is available for kids (13 years and under) and adults. There is also a Periodontal Maintenance Plan for adult patients with compromised periodontal status.
