Our Urbandale clinic works hard to make dentistry affordable for uninsured patients, so we offer an in-house dental membership plan. Our Prophylaxis Plan is available for children ages thirteen and younger, as well as adults. We also provide a Periodontal Maintenance Plan for adult patients with compromised periodontal status.
